Important Note: Devices must be connected to the same network and they must be allowed to connect through TCP/7447 Port in order to synchronize properly. For best experience, the devices you assign sync playlists should be the same brand and have the same operating system. Otherwise gaps may occur.

You should follow the steps accordingly to the sync type you want to use.

A) Same playlist will play synchronously in all of the devices or video wall.

  • Go to Channels section.

  • Click one of the channels or create a new channel.

  • On the Currently Showing field, select your sync playlist.

  • Click Save

  • Go to Devices section.

  • Click on the devices you would like this playlist to be displayed.

  • On the device detail page, in Channel field, enter and select the channel to which you assigned the playlist. Do this for all the devices you would like to sync.

B) I want to display parts of a video in my video wall. (Different playlists)

In this case, you need to assign every playlist you have created to a different channel. We recommend you to name channels with screen names or give numbers, so you can easily pick the right channel for the screens. Let's proceed.

  • Go to Channels section.

  • Click one of the channels or create a new channel.

  • On the Currently Showing field, select your first sync playlist (or first video part).

  • Click Save

  • Click on another channel, or create a new one.

  • On the Currently Showing field, select your second sync playlist (or second video part).

  • Click Save.

  • Do these steps for every playlist - video parts you have prepared.

  • Go to Devices section.

  • Click on the device you would like your first playlist to be displayed.

  • On the device detail page, in Channel field, enter and select the channel which you assigned the playlist you have prepared for this device.

  • Do these steps for every device you would like to display sync content.
