Login to the SuperSign Panel
Once logged in, we will begin the steps to install the Omma application on your online devices. At this stage, we will use the 'Virtual Remote' feature in the SuperSign panel.
Let's get started:
We log in to the panel;
From the list, we select the device on which we will install the Omma application.
We activate the device's control area with 'APPROVE'.
The device is now in 'POWER ON' status, and the 'CONTROL' area is active.
While the device is active, we click on the 'CONTROL' section.
We will proceed with the 'VIRTUAL CONTROLLER' option from the 'CONTROL ITEM' section on the right side.
At this stage, we press the 'HOME' button on the remote.
Using the 'RIGHT-LEFT-UP-DOWN' arrow buttons on the remote, navigate to the 'SI SERVER SETTING' section on the 'EZ SETTING'
screen on the left. Then press the 'OK' button on the Virtual Remote.
At this stage, let's fill in the fields on the 'SI SERVER SETTING' screen according to the information below.
Select application launch mode as Local.
Make fully qualified domain name field On.
Note: Please note that IPK setup is needed to run Orchestrator on the device. ZIP setups won't work with Orchestrator, therefore will fail on synchronizing.
Type https://r.ommasign.com/weboss.ipk and then click OK.
Select IPK for the Application Type field.
Select REMOTE for the Local Application Upgrade field.
Navigate to the 'CONFIRM' section and press the 'OK' button.
Setup is complete! Press the 'OK' button.
Press the 'POWER' button on the Virtual Remote.
We turn the device back on, which is in 'OFF' status on the panel.
When the device 'POWER ON' status, it will open with the OMMA application.
Click on the 'CONTROL' section on the right side.
You can add the device to the Omma panel with the 6-digit token code displayed on the screen.
