OMMA sends you mail updates about content actions on demand. With mail notifications you will be informed when a content is requested for approval, approved or published.
Go to Profile.
Choose from notification options on profile page.
Click Save Changes.
You will receive an email from [email protected] from now on for the selected content actions.
Mail title includes content action and name.
Mail context consists of account name, content name, action time, action owner and current content status.
Click on the view changes button to see the content (requires login).
Note: Content status may change back to draft or can be approved and published via someone authorized after the email has been sent.
