Devices must be connected to the same network and they must be allowed to connect through TCP/7447 Port in order to play sync content properly.

  • Check the "Sync room" option from content detail page.

  • Click here to learn more about creating sync-content.

  • Go to "Shops" page.

  • Select the shop that you want to display synchronized content.

  • Click "Devices" tab.

  • Make sure you choose a device as an orchestrator.
