If your device's screen ratio is other than 16:9, you have to make an adjustment in OMMA panel in order to display the content correctly. Check the screen ratio illustration below.
Go to the device that has a custom display ratio.
Under Actions tab, click Resolution.
Enter the resolution of your device and click Save.
Important Note: If you have a LED screen with controller, make sure that STRETCH option is enabled.
