This happens when content download is incomplete due to device's internet connection problems. To solve the problem:

  • Go to Devices.

  • Go to the detail page of the device.

  • Click Actions tab.

  • Click on the Select cache level option.

  • Select Media & Channel and click Clear.

  • Click Yes.

  • Omma logo will appear on the screen and the device will download the necessary data.
