This happens when content download is incomplete due to device's internet connection problems. To solve the problem:
- Go to Devices. 
- Go to the detail page of the device. 
- Click Actions tab. 
- Click Controls tab. 
- Click on the Select cache level option. 
- Select Media & Channel and click Clear. 
- Click Yes. 
- Omma logo will appear on the screen and the device will download the necessary data.
