You may want a specific item in your playlist within a specific date range, while you may prefer other items to play all the time. You can do this by the Campaign Dates tab in Display Rules. 

How do I add campaign dates for an item?

If you do not have a playlist, visit Creating a Playlist.

  • Go to Contents.
  • Click on the playlist that you want to edit.
  • Click on Edit Display Rules button on the item that you would like to set campaign dates. 
  • On Campaign Dates tab, select start and end dates and times. 
  • Click Save.
  • When you finish, Request Approval, Approve and make your content Go Live
