This document outlines the procedure for remotely installing the OMMA application on Tizen signage devices. This process utilizes MagicInfo for custom application deployment and necessitates registered devices, a MagicInfo-equipped personal computer, and active network connectivity.
Requirements
Devices must be registered on the MagicInfo Server.
A Windows PC with MagicInfo installed is required.
The Tizen device and Windows PC must be connected to the same network.
Remote Installation Steps
Device Selection and Quick Control Activation
Log in to your MagicInfo Server.
Navigate to the Device section.
Select the target Device and then click Quick Control to open the side menu.
Accessing Remote Control
From the opened Quick Control side menu, click Remote Control.
From the menu, select the `Custom App` option.
Exit the MagicInfo application by clicking "exit" on the remote control.
Press the "menu" button on the remote control.
Navigate to "settings," locate the "Play Via" option, and select "Custom App."
Entering the Omma App URL in App Management
Press the "Home" button on the remote controller.
Locate and select "App Management."
Select "install Custom App" and enter the Omma App URL: `[https://r.ommasign.com/tizentv](https://r.ommasign.com/tizentv)`.
Upon clicking the "Go" button, the application will automatically install and launch.
