If you are a customer:

At this time, customers are unable to create licenses directly. We are actively working on enabling this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience. You can contact your reseller account for license creation.

If you are a reseller, this issue could occur for one of the following reasons:If you are a reseller, this issue could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Inactive Contract: You might not have an active contract.

  2. License Creation Disabled: The contract might have license creation disabled. Contact us for assistance.

  3. Excluded Product: The product you want to use might be excluded from your contract.

  4. User Roles and Permissions: Your user role may not have the permission to handle license creation. You can check your user role on the dashboard. If you need to manage license creation, please contact your account manager.

  5. Suspended or Deactivated Account: The account for which you want to create a license might be suspended or deactivated.
