This issue could occur for one of the following reasons:
User Roles and Permissions: Your user role may not have the permission to handle renewals. You can check your user role on the dashboard. If you need to manage license renewals, please contact your account manager.
Reseller Actions: Your parent account (reseller) might have already taken action on the license. If you disagree with the actions taken by your reseller, please contact them directly to discuss and update their action.
Renewal from Stock: Your license may have been renewed using stock. This action extends the license end date instantly. You can check the end date of the license to confirm the renewal.
Reseller Eligibility: The reseller may not have an eligible contract or product to renew the license.
Account Restrictions: Your account might be restricted from managing renewals.
Renewal Period: The renewal period might have closed. Renewal periods open 2 calendar months before the end date and close on the middle of each month.
