  • Make sure you chose a content on "currently shows" section of your channel.

  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet and active on the system.

  • Go to the channel of your device.

  • Click display report tab.

  • Check if your device looks "updated" on the list.

  • Make sure your content's status is ALIVE and not in any other status. Make it live if it is not.
