12.6 Renewing a Subscription

Written by Barış Özperçin

Managing Renewal Processes

This guide walks you through how to view product renewals, select products individually or in bulk, and set a renewal decision for each product using the "Renewals" tab in the panel.

Step 1: Accessing the Renewals Tab and Viewing General Info

From the top menu in the panel, click on the "Renewals" tab.

On this page, you can see how many products are up for renewal this month and how many days are left until these renewals are processed.

Step 2: Opening Product Details

Find the product(s) you want to renew in the list, then click the plus (+) icon next to the row to see the details.

Step 3: Checking Device and Store Info

In the details section, review the device and shop information.

Once you've made sure everything is correct, you can move on to selecting products.

Step 4: Selecting Products Individually or in Bulk

You can choose just one product, or all the products in a group if you want.

To select products one by one, tick the checkbox next to each row. To select a whole group, use the group selection box and confirm your choice.

Step 5: Setting the Renewal Decision

For the products you've selected, pick your renewal decision: "Approve", "Approve If Used", or "Reject".

Once you choose and apply one of these options, you'll see the action reflected on the row for that product.

Step 6: Updating the Action Taken

You can change the renewal action you've set for a product until the middle of the current month.

To update your decision, go to the action field on the same row, pick a new option, and save it.

Step 7: Sub-Accounts

If you allow it, your sub-accounts can also manage their own renewals.

Cases you might not be able to take renewal actions

  1. Renewal period might be closed (after the middle of the month).

  2. Your account (or the license owner) might be suspended.

  3. You may not have the permissions as a user.

  4. Your parent might have taken an action.

  5. You might not have an eligible contract.
