Licenses that are in renewal period
Go to "Renewals".
Here you can see which licenses are in the current month.
You can filter the licenses by account, contract or renewal action.
Renewal actions
Approving a Renewal
Click on the License that will be renewed.
You will see the process details under the license detail.
Choose the action as "Approve".
Select the Contract and Product for the renewed license. These options will be the same as current license by default.
Check the preview before submitting your action.
Approving a License Renewal creates an order (therefore expects a payment) upon closing the renewal period.
You can still override your action before the period closes.
Rejecting a Renewal
Choose the action as "Reject".
Rejected licenses will expire on their relative end dates, after the renewal period closes.
Devices that use such licenses should be removed or their licenses should be changed to an eligible one.
Overriding renewal actions
Actions can be overridden.
You will be able to see the current status and action history.
You can't override an action taken by your parent account.
Cases you might not be able to take renewal actions
Renewal period might be closed (after the middle of the month).
Your account (or the license owner) might be suspended.
You may not have the permissions as a user.
Your parent might have taken an action.
You might not have an eligible contract.
