What is Invalid License?
A license can become invalid in two ways:
Order Cancellation: The order associated with the license is canceled.
No Renewal: The license is not renewed before expiration.
These licenses appear on the "Invalid License" page, and their associated devices will stop displaying content after 7 days. To keep the devices operational, migrate them to a valid license.
Navigate to "Invalid" under Licenses.
Migrating Devices
If you wish to migrate devices to a new license, ensure there are enough licenses available in the customer account.
Access License Detail: Click "Migrate Devices" in the license details section.
Select Devices: Choose the devices you want to migrate.
Choose an Action:
Select a new license from the available options in the customer account.
Or, delete the devices permanently.
Available licenses in the operating customer account will be listed.
Migrate: Once selected, devices will be migrated to the new license.
After migrating all devices from an invalid license, it will be removed from the invalid licenses list.
