You would like some devices to display a content at a certain time. But how?
Before setting the schedule, make sure you created a channel (see Creating a Channel) and set the devices, on which you would like to display the content, to this channel (see Setting Channels of a Device).
How do I schedule a playlist?
Go to Channels section.
Click on the channel name to go to channel detail page.
Click on the Schedules tab.
Click the New Scheduler button at the right.
From the opened window, select the schedule type and time zone.
There are four different types of schedules:
I) Every day: If you want your playlist to be started every day, on a certain time, select this option. Select the start time.
II) Every week: If you want your playlist to be started every week, on a certain day, and on a certain time, select this option. Select the start day and time. Multiple day selection is not allowed. If you need more than one day or one time, you should create another schedule.
III) Specific Date: If you want your playlist to be started on a specific date, on a certain time, select this option.Select the month, and enter the day of the month. Select the start time.
IV) Advanced: You can enter complex time frames if you want to manage your schedules even deeper. Suppose that you want to display 2 different playlists back and forth and each playlist will be displayed for 10 minutes between 12 and 13am.
In this case, you should enter;
00,20,40 for playlist 1 - minutes section
10,30,50 for playlist 2 - minutes section
12 for hour and * for remaining sections for both playlists.
How do I delete a schedule?
Go to Channels section.
Click on the channel name to go to channel detail page. (see the first and second image)
Click on the Scheduling tab.
Right click on the schedule you would like to delete, and click delete.
