Transactions are the records of financial activity between Omma and our partners.
There are two ways of creating a transaction.
Creating new license
Renewing an existing license
You can start using your licenses before paying the invoice.
New License
For each new license, a transaction will be created.
Transactions will be invoiced by Omma manually.
These transactions are named as "New License Month/Year (count)" in your Transactions list. Ex: Third purchase in April 2024 will be "New License 04/24 (2)"
Invoiced transactions are closed by Omma team.
Renewals
Renewal licenses are grouped under contracts, so that they will be invoiced together.
Renewal transactions are created in the middle of every month.
Invoiced transactions are closed by Omma team.
Transaction Details
You can see the contract, creation date and status of a transaction.
Licenses are listed in licenses tab.
