12.7 Creating an Account

Creating an Account

  1. Go to Accounts.

  2. Click "Create".

  3. Type a descriptive name.

  4. Select a package.

  5. Select the account tier (trial or paid)

  6. Select if the customer will be able to take actions on license renewals.

  7. Check the information on preview section.

Trial Accounts

  1. Trial period is 30 days.

  2. Trial accounts do not use any licenses.

  3. While upgrading to a paid tier, you will be asked to assess the account's actual usage with either buying new licenses or using your stock.

  4. Name, package and renewal settings can be updated before upgrading a trial account.

Things to consider while creating an account

  1. You can only create a customer account. If you have a case that requires a sub-reseller account, please contact our support team.

  2. Select the package carefully since it will affect which licenses and functions a customer can use.
