License Creation
Locate and click on the "Licenses" tab.
Click on the "Create" button located in the top right corner.
Select Account:
Indicate the contract under which you want to create the license.
Select the desired duration for the license.
Pick Payment method. Choose from:
Upfront: Full payment upon creation.
Annual: Invoiced annually (Typically for licenses lasting more than a year).
Monthly: Invoiced monthly.
Enter License Amount. Ensure the quantity is above the minimum quota set in the chosen contract.
You will be able to see your licenses after creation.
Limitations
Customers Accounts: Customers can't create licenses.
Active Contract Requirement: Resellers must have an active contract to create licenses.
Permission Restrictions: You must have the permission to create licenses under the desired active contract.
Product Restrictions: The creation of new licenses is limited to the products enabled under the respective contract. If a product is not included in the enabled group, creating licenses for that specific product is not permitted.
PO Number Requirement: If the contract demands a PO (Purchase Order) number, it becomes mandatory to provide this number when creating licenses.
