Renewals: Extending Licenses
Renewals refer to the process of extending the validity of a license beyond its expiration date. Resellers and users can decide to renew licenses before they expire to maintain access.
Transactions: Tracking License Activities
Transactions record all activities related to licenses, including purchases, renewals, and invoicing. They provide a comprehensive history of license-related actions.
Invoices: Documenting Financial Transactions
Invoices are generated based on transactions, detailing financial aspects such as costs, payments, and PO numbers for the created or renewed licenses. Invoices are not included in the first phase of our License Management system. Invoice numbers will be accessible through transactions, and we will be sharing invoices via email.
